Ingredients
12 large scallops
small piece of ginger
1 clove of garlic
4 spring onions
butter or olive oil
Method
- Remove the orange corals from the scallops. Peel and mince the ginger and garlic. Slice the spring onion.
- Fry the ginger, garlic and spring onion in the butter or olive oil for 30 seconds, add the scallops and fry for another 2 minutes or so.
