Mild yellow curry powder

A mild, aromatic mix, good for fish or egg curries.

1 tablespoon ground curry leaves
4 tablespoons ground coriander
2 tablespoons ground cumin
1 tablespoon turmeric
2 teaspoons chilli powder
1 tablespoon garam masala

Grind the curry leaves in a spice grinder or pestle and mortar. Add to the rest of the spices, mix well and store in an airtight container.
